A sweet and inspiring story.
Still grieving the loss of his wife, Jackson Thorpe decided
to leave Hollywood and his acting career and headed to Texas, where his sister
lives, to help his son through his grief.
They both fell in love with the little town of Last Stand and its
people. But one person in particular,
Nicole Baylor, caught Jackson’s eye. She
was also good for Jeremy when she started teaching him to ride a horse. But Nic didn’t want anything to do with the
actor, until she realized he was completely different than she thought he would
be.
This is the first book in a new series and I am already loving it.
