Review: The Cowboy Charm (The Coyote Cowboys of Montana Book 4) by Sinclair Jayne

My Review:

An emotional and heartfelt romance.

This is an emotional workplace romance between a Former Special Forces soldier, Ryder, who has come to Marietta to fulfill his fallen leader’s wishes and a physical therapist, Edi, who is new at her new job where her aging grandmother lives at May Bell Center. 

I enjoyed seeing Ryder and Edi evolve from their prickly first encounter to discovering friendship and then love.  Being complete opposites made the story fun to read. This is a great addition to the Coyote Cowboys of Montana series.

Review: The Accidental Crush (The Fortemani Family Book 1) by Mia Heintzelman

My Review: 

Sweet and sexy and beautifully written.

First off, what can we say about this cover?  It’s gorgeous.  Just seeing it was enough for me want to read the book.  But the blurb had me hooked for more.  Once I started reading this book, I couldn’t put it down.  I just couldn’t get enough.  It was everything I hoped it would be and even more.  The characters, the plot, the setting; everything worked so well together to make one memorable story.  This is a great start to the series and I can’t wait to read more. 

 

 

Review: The Cowboy’s Prize (Sweethearts of the Rodeo) by Jamie K. Schmidt

Dylan Porter was eager to reconnect with the woman who rocked his world last season, but he never imagined he’d be training her to ride bulls. She wants to keep their hook up a secret from her overly protective family, which is disappointing because Dylan felt like she could be the one. He’d like to walk away, but he needs the money.

When a male rider is killed by a bull gone wild, Dylan tries to keep LeAnn from competing. He knows she’ll never forgive him if she misses her shot, but he’d rather have her safe, even if he loses her forever.

 

My Review:

Rodeo excitement and romance.

An action filled story about a cowgirl with big dreams and the cowboy who trains her.  LeAnn “Killer” Keller always wanted to compete in bull riding and the WPRCA is about to make it possible.  There was just one problem.  LeAnn didn’t expect the coach, that her sister insisted on hiring, would be Dylan Porter, the man she had a one-night stand with, after she broke up with her cheating boyfriend.  Will LeAnn and Dylan be able to keep it business only, or will they find themselves in each other’s arms again? 

I enjoyed the rodeo scenes and the family dynamics in this book, along with the budding romance between LeAnn and Dylan.  This book is the first in a new series and I can’t wait to read the following books.
